Job Title: PPF Installer

Location: San Diego, CA.

Position: Full-Time

We are currently looking for a highly skilled PPF Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in installing paint protection films and be talented with custom installations. As a PPF Installer, you will be responsible for installing PPF on a diverse range of vehicles, including luxury sports cars, classic models, and electric vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Install paint protection films on various types of vehicles
Prepare and clean surfaces prior to installation
Use a combination of tools and techniques to customize PPF to fit each unique vehicle, including measuring by hand, cutting and trimming film by hand, and proper and safe use of heat guns and steamers.
Perform quality checks on installations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Maintain proper communication with team members including detailing team and management.

Requirements:

Previous experience in installing paint protection films on a variety of makes and models
Experience with custom installations and hand trimming preferred
Extreme attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment and be able to complete projects thoroughly during tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.

This is a Full-Time position. Pay Depends on Level of Experience. Must have a reliable vehicle, valid Driver’s License and be 18+ years of age. Must be available to work in person Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Few weekend shifts are required throughout the year for automotive events including San Diego Cars and Coffee.
